Sarah Ann (Welborn) Hart This excellent old portrait photo is the only one we know of showing our ancestor, Sarah Ann (Welborn) Hart. We can only speculate, but it was probably taken in Hale Co., Texas, sometime before 1906. |

Sarah Hart and Daughters This old photo, apparently a portrait, shows Sarah with her daughters. A mystery is what happened to a picture of the male members of the family, if it was ever taken This photo was probably taken about 1880 in Cooke County, Texas. |

David and Mary Welborn This nice old portrait shows the brother of our Sarah, David Welborn, and his wife, Mary. This photo provided the key to solving our Welborn ancestry. This photo was probably taken sometime after 1880 in Pilot Point, Denton Co., Texas. |
|
Welborn and Farris Sisters This fine portrait shows the Welborn and Farris sisters - Ethel and Anna Welborn, Nellie and Lula Farris. Anna married these sisters' brother, William Buford Farris (family shown below). The original contained no information on when and where it was taken, so we can speculate it was taken in the late 1890s or early 1900s, perhaps in Denton Co., Texas |
|
Olin and Ethel Welborn This fine portrait shows the younger children of David and Mary, Olin B. and Ethel Louise Welborn. They are both believed to still be single in this photo. Olin passed away in 1912 and Ethel married in 1913. We have no information on when or where the picture was taken. We can speculate it was taken in the early 1900s in Denton Co., Texas. |

In the background is Anna's sister, Ethel Louise Welborn. Based upon the age of the children, this photo was probably taken about 1905 in Denton Co., Texas. |
